Requests changes beyond the agreed scope,
then the entire project cost remains payable in full.
The company reserves the right to take legal action in case of non-payment, malicious disputes, or breach of agreement.
4. Legal Disclaimer – Prohibited Services
Msa Digital Web World Solutions operates strictly within legal boundaries. We do not provide or support illegal software.
The Company does not develop or support:
Gambling/Betting software or backend logic prohibited under Indian law.
MLM, Ponzi, or pyramid scheme software.
Fraudulent, malicious, or illegal software.
👉 However, the Company may provide front-end/UI design services (such as layouts, graphics, or user experience design) for games or platforms, provided that no illegal betting, gambling, or unlawful features are part of the development scope.
For skill-based gaming software, clients are responsible for obtaining all legal approvals, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
For Skill-Based Gaming Applications:
We may develop apps that are compliant with Indian gaming regulations.
It is the client’s responsibility to obtain necessary approvals, licenses, or compliance clearances.
Any misuse of software post-deployment is solely the client’s liability.

Third-party API/service provider failures.
Hosting or server issues outside our control.
Client misuse of deliverables or non-compliance with local laws.
In case of provocation, misuse of intellectual property, or defamatory actions, the company reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.
